Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds

If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any processing fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missed Appointments

If you are late or miss your appointment without prior notice, we may not be able to accommodate a reschedule or refund. Please ensure to arrive on time or notify us in advance for any delays.
