Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer standard and express shipping options within India. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times depend on your location:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over ₹2,000 within India.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping times and costs will be displayed during checkout based on the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping times may vary but typically range from 7-14 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shashank@hawtpark.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, as applicable.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
